Atanga Marina mangwi (MSc) is. Professional Communications /Gender specialist and one of the Co founders of the Association for the Welfare of of Women and indigenous People.

With a Master's in Humanitarian Action and Sustainable Development development from the Prestigious International Relations Institute of Cameroon, IRIC, Atanga has served and worked with Asowwip for over seven years, pivoting key roles in managing over five projects.

Within the Menstrual Hygiene Management Project, she started as a Survey Enumerator in 2021 during the pilot phase. In January 2024, She was charged with Human Resource management working with 40 data collectors and 6 key project staff. Her main function was ;

  • To support the project coordinator in the preparation of staff contract
  • To support the project coordinator in the preparation of the staff contract.
  • To assist the project coordinator in the preparation of staff salaries.
  • In collaboration with the project coordinator ensures that a monthly and quarterly financial
    report is prepared.
  • To prepare staff salaries and ensure that staff are paid regularly.
  • To ensure that logistics for all trainings are prepared.
  • Undertake any other duties as directed by the Organisation from time to time to meet the
