Girl Force Unnscripted and Unstoppable

"If you want a girl to have a seat at the Table, start by giving her a seat in the class room. Girls are a striving unstoppable force."

The aim is and continues to be empowering girls with every possible tool to ensure they live up to and beyond the potentials they have been endowed with. 

The International day of the girl child is a means to celebrate young girls in Cameroon and around the world. It is also a possibility to re-evaluate all things done to empower our girls and the length of impact truly achieved. Most importantly, it is an urge to do more to ensure that every father to a girl or girls especially in the indigenous parts of Cameroon does not see them as a waste or a source of income through bride prices but as an actual part of society capable of contributing to development  as much as the boy child. 

This 11th of October, we partnered with Mother of Hope Cameroon to celebrate the international Day of the girl child under the

 Theme: Girl Force Unnscripted and Unstoppable. 

It was a wonderful time. A constant reminder all through the event that, all girls need is to be empowered and they will be unstoppable in the development of themselves and our society. Watch out for our next post to get to know some of our favorite moments during the event.
